Agile methodologies

We provide consulting and coaching on agile methodologies for software development.

We adhere to the  Manifesto for Agile Software Development and since its pubblication in 2001 we experimented the agile principles in the teams and projects we have been working on.

Openinnovation has a mature knowledge of the agile approach and techniques and even supporting tools up to the continuous integration and quality assurance.

Our experience is based on SCRUM, TDD and FDD approach.  Moreover we are pragmatic and in real-life project you need also supporting tools and planning, issue-tracking, build and lifecyle management have an important part on it.  We have a wide knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Fisheye, ...) and Apache Maven and Jmeter, Hudson, SCM (SVN, Mercurial, ...) and other collaboration tools and best practise to spin-off an Agile Project.
