Fast numbers for the cellulars
Cellular numbers will be associated to abbreviated numbers to optimize with those already in use for the company number plan. As an example if the office number of a customer is 1527 the short one in order to call the cellular one it may be 61527.

Voice Spamming
It is possible to activate voice Spamming functionality, recording a message and unloading it on the server. After this, Contacta will call in automatic a range of configured telephone numbers reproducing the recorded message.

DISA
Calling a number dedicated (owned to the company geographic numeration) from outside it is possible to use company PBX to make call towards internal numbers or towards external numerations in order to use unexpensive traffic plans.

Voice Mail
According to an agreed policy, the calls answered within tot second will not be turned aside on the system of voice mail of the telephone PBX. A led light on the telephone will inform the customer that has a messages to listen in the voicemail. It is possible also to send to an email account an email with the message left in the voicemail and all the data of the call.

Follow Me
This function manages user presence by routing the incoming call to the device where the user is reachable (IP phones, cellular, WiFi IP clients, softphomes). In the case in which the customer does not want to be reachable, the call will be forwarded to the voicemail.

Hunting group
It is possible to define complex criteria of hunting that they allow to route, also in cascade, the calls not answered within tot seconds to other users (also cellular).
